We had a wonderful stay at a new, restyled apartment. the location was excellent, just steps away from the Rynek. the staff were very friendly and even packed us a breakfast for our early flight. the room was spacious, clean, and had new furniture. We enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and the option for made-to-order coffee. the apartment had large windows with a quiet garden view and was also air conditioned. it was a great experience at Kosmopolita. Cons: Couldn't fault it. 😊.

great location. comfy bed. spacious room. new furniture. friendly staff. best breakfast in years of travel in the area. convenient kitchenette. nice modern bathroom with a great shower. picky eaters will be satisfied. packed lunch and taxi arranged for early departure. close to public transportation and short walk to Old Town.
Noisy water in neighboring apartments.

The apartment had a cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. I really enjoyed watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The kitchenette with a dining area was well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare and enjoy meals. The private bathroom was clean and stocked with a hairdryer, saving me the trouble of bringing my own. The free set of cosmetics and towels in the bathroom added a nice touch to my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the showers in the bathrooms. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was recently restyled and tastefully decorated, creating a modern and comfortable space for our family. It was exceptionally clean, which put our minds at ease, especially with little ones crawling around. The basic but satisfactory breakfast provided an array of options, including fresh beans coffee and cappuccino. a very nice experience!
My wife says that it would have been great to have a small play area or a designated space for children to entertain themselves. However, this is just a minor suggestion for families with children.

The shower setup in our apartment at Kosmopolita was a bit unconventional, but it didn't dampen our stay. The central light fitting could have used a dusting, but the rest of the room was spotless. The large room and massive bed provided us with utmost comfort. We loved the convenience of having a lift and the coffee pod machine was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was great and we appreciated being just a short walk away from the center and train station. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel's decoration was delightfully elegant and gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation. The general areas were tastefully adorned with beautiful artwork and plush seating, providing a cozy atmosphere for senior guests like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with well-lit hallways and conveniently placed handrails for added support.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a wider variety of activities or excursions specifically tailored to our interests and abilities. It would have been nice to have the children working there suggest some senior-friendly attractions or events that we could participate in during our stay.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city. Super close to the train station, so no hassle with dragging luggage. the staff were friendly and packed a breakfast for my early flight, which was a lifesaver.
The shower setup was a bit annoying as the floor would get wet. the beds were a little too hard for my liking and there were only Polish channels on the TV, not great for international guests.
